Effective date: [Effective date] · Last updated: [Effective date]
This notice explains how CA Trinity LLC, doing business as Leadhaw ("Leadhaw," "we," "us"), collects and uses personal information on our public website at leadhaw.com, including the beta waitlist form. It does not cover the Leadhaw platform you use after signing in. The platform has its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
This notice is also our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").
Summary
- We collect what you type into the waitlist form, plus basic information about your visit.
- We use it to run the waitlist, contact you about Leadhaw's beta, keep the form free of spam, and measure how the website performs.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You can turn off website analytics on our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics are turned off automatically.

How we use it
- Waitlist: to add you to the Leadhaw beta waitlist, send a confirmation email, and contact you about beta access and launch.
- Understanding interest: to see which roles and company sizes are interested, so we can plan the beta.
- Marketing measurement: to count visits and see which pages and campaigns bring people to the website. We look at the results in aggregate.
- Security: to stop spam and automated abuse of the waitlist form, and to keep the website secure.
- Legal: to comply with the law and to protect our rights.
We do not use website information for targeted advertising. We do not use it to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who receives it
We disclose personal information only to service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:
| Service provider | What it does | Information involved |
|---|---|---|
| Akamai Technologies (Linode) | Hosts our website and stores waitlist entries in the United States | All website and waitlist information |
| Resend | Sends the waitlist confirmation email | Email address |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Detects spam and bots on the waitlist form | IP address, browser and device information, interactions with the page |
| Metricool | Measures website visits | Page views, referrer, browser and device type, approximate location from IP address |
| Google Analytics (we may use it) | Measures website visits | Page views, referrer, browser and device type, approximate location from IP address, an analytics cookie identifier |
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Google reCAPTCHA is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Website analytics and cookies
Metricool. Its visit tracker runs a script that reports each visit to Metricool's servers. It does not set cookies. Metricool processes the data only to provide the analytics service to us.
Google Analytics (we may use it). If we add Google Analytics, it will be set up for measurement only. Google signals will be off. Ads personalization will be off. Sharing data with other Google products and services, and benchmarking, will be off. It will not be linked to Google Ads. Google Analytics data will be kept for 14 months. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart.
Our own cookie. If you opt out of analytics, we store a cookie named lh_optout in your browser for 1 year so we remember your choice.
Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies to tell people from bots.
We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels or ad networks on the website.
Your choices: analytics opt-out and Global Privacy Control
You can turn off website analytics at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. Once you opt out, Metricool and Google Analytics do not load in that browser. Your choice is saved in that browser only. If you clear your cookies or use a different browser or device, you will need to opt out again.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out. Analytics never load for that browser, and you do not need to do anything else.
We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them. We do honor GPC as described above.
How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Waitlist entries (email and form answers) | Until 12 months after Leadhaw's public launch, or sooner if you ask us to remove you |
| Confirmation email records at Resend | As long as our Resend account keeps sending logs, then deleted |
| Metricool visit data | [Metricool retention] |
| Google Analytics data (if used) | 14 months |
| Website security logs, including IP addresses | Up to 24 months |
lh_optout cookie | 1 year, or until you clear your cookies |
We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to resolve a dispute.
Your privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, who we disclosed it to, and the specific pieces we hold.
- Delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share it, but you can still turn off website analytics as described above.
- Not be discriminated against for using any of these rights.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, so the right to limit its use does not apply.
Residents of other states with privacy laws may have similar rights. We honor these requests for anyone who asks, wherever they live.
How to make a request. Email contact@leadhaw.com with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you would like us to do. You can also ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time, and we will delete your entry.
Verification. To protect you, we confirm the request comes from you by checking it against the email address on the waitlist entry. We may ask you to confirm from that address. We will not ask for more information than we need.
Authorized agents. Someone you authorize may make a request for you. We may ask for your signed permission and confirm your identity directly with you.
Timing. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why, and we may take up to 45 more days. If we deny a request, we will explain why.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Children
The website is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
We host the website and store waitlist entries in the United States. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries under their own safeguards.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and monitoring. No system is completely secure.
Changes to this notice
We review this notice at least once a year. When we change it, we post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will say so clearly at the top of this page.
